The energy centers of the body (known as chakras in the Hindu traditions) are individual centers that have their own frequency and energy. Each energy center emits different information and/or intentions; correlates to its own individual glands, hormones, and chemistry; and houses its own unique plexuses of neurons. When activated with energy, each center expresses its own level of mind.

In this meditation you will learn how to place your attention on each one of these energy centers to influence them from a state of incoherence (disease) into a state of coherence (balance and harmony). You will also learn how to change your brainwaves and enter into the autonomic nervous system so that you can program your body’s automatic systems into health. This first fundamental meditation of the series teaches you the process of identifying your Energy Centers and the practice of convergent and divergent focus.

Included with this meditation is a 30-minute explanation of the energy centers and the instructions for practicing meditation. This information is essential for you to get the most out of this process. This is a great meditation for those who want to heal their body.
