Review
I started this DVD at about 13 weeks and am now almost 27 weeks. For the most part I love this video, it gives you good workout and has definitely kept me toned throughtout my second trimester. I am pregnant with my 4th and this is the first baby I’ve worked out throughout my pregnancy with and I can definitely tell the difference. I feel great heading into my 3rd trimester and still have a lot of energy and can still move in ways that there was just no way I’d be doing at this point with my other kids.
There are a few little quirks I’m not a fan of, she is a little late on the cues but after a few workouts I got to know the routine and so it really doesn’t even bother me at all at this point. I’ve been doing the cadio and toning segment every other day and I still feel like I got a good workout at the end of it. Not too sore but enough to break a little sweat. The yoga I try to do on my ‘off’ days and it’s definitely nice for a good stretch. Not sure if people were trying to use that for the workout but it definitely will not leave you feeling like you do after a workout, I feel pretty relaxed afterwards which is what yoga is supposed to do for you.
I’m happy with it, and I reccomend it to moms all the time. I also did the 1st trimester video and have the 3rd trimester one on it’s way right now
