Complete Grappling Game Plan set released by Lloyd Irvin 4-5 years back. Included are a DVD of one of Mike Fowler’s game plans, 4 audio CDs, one Quick-Start CD, The Grappling Game Plan book, and The Grappling Game Plan workbook. It’s been around my house for awhile and isn’t mint, but still good condition. The GGP has is currently out of print ( ) , and I imagine it’s rarely up for auction, so bid now. Great sports psychology material for an avid competitor.
