In this module, Master Gu will delve into the Wisdom Healing Qigong compassionate teachings that can help release the stories you carry in your body, heart and spirit.

• A guided Inner Smile Meditation to bring you deep contentment

With the pace and stress of modern living, we can lose connection with the life energy that flows around and within us. We can become isolated, disconnected from our inner selves, families, environment and the universal life force. This week, you’ll discover a key practice for circulating Qi (life force energy) by gathering this energy to flow within you and back out to the world. This practice is especially helpful for people challenged by chronic or acute conditions, emotional depletion, and/or who care for others as a caretaker, health professional or parent.

• Discover the Qigong healing sounds for the digestion system, which help release worry and awaken centeredness and thoughtfulness
• Learn to release the mind from data overload and over thinking
• Discover how to drop your “story” by transforming energy

In this final module, you’ll integrate Master Gu’s teachings on Abundance Energy and the threads of the physical, emotional, and spiritual abundance. He will gather the entire course teachings and integrate them into one practice.
