This is the 5G Sleep Aid subliminal. It has been in testing for several years, and is known to work well to create a state of sleep in whoever listens to it, and usually this requires between 10 and 40 minutes to achieve.

In testing we found that this program naturally works best when you are already trying to fall asleep. It can be resisted in some cases if you are trying to, or if you are busy focusing on doing heavy mental or physical activities. However, it is designed to calm the mind and does help slow down the thoughts and induce sleep in all but the most upset or manic people. It can also be derailed through the use of drugs etc. that alter state shifting toward stimulation, such as caffeine.

This program will affect any age who can comprehend the script. It is safe to use to help children of all ages fall asleep.

Testing also reveals that this program can be used as a sleep optimizer when used all night long while you sleep. This usage format causes sleep to be optimized such that you get a “full recharge” in noticeably less time than you might usually need to sleep.

Instructions:

DO NOT use this program while you are driving, operating heavy machinery, piloting any aircraft or watercraft, handling or using weapons, or doing anything else which would be dangerous to do while you are drowsy or asleep!

To use this program as a sleep induction aid, simply play it at a comfortable volume for 1-2 consecutive loops while you are trying to fall asleep. 1 loop is 30 minutes.

To use this program as a sleep enhancer, which will improve the quality and efficiency of your sleep, simply play it on loop while you are trying to fall asleep and while you sleep. Be aware that doing this may make it harder to wake up if you must use an alarm clock instead of sleeping until your brain is fully refreshed and awakens naturally. We recommend using the Awakener subliminal to help you wake up in this case.

This program can be used along side other subliminals. For example, it would be acceptable to add 1 or 2 loops of Sleep Induction Aid to the top of your playlist containing your other subliminals that you would normally listen to while you sleep. It would also be acceptable to use this program as a sleep optimizer (looping all night) and then use another subliminal like you normally do during the day. This should not cause any problems as long as you are not consciously resisting Sleep Induction Aid while you are listening to it.
