Tara Laferrara
Tara Laferrara is a former Division 1 track athlete, NASM certified personal and group fitness trainer, and yoga teacher. She is the founder of her own online program, the TL Method, and co-owner of Compass Fitness in Denver. Through her gym and multiple social media channels, Tara brings people together, inspiring movement and helping her clients gain greater confidence in their bodies both inside and outside the gym.
