But first let’s narrow down what we are talking about here. What the hell do I mean by working leads?

To remind you – a “lead” is simply a phone number of a girl that allows you to follow up to get a meetup (date). The meetup can lead to closing the lead (having sex).

Working a lead encompasses all the processes involved in converting a phone number lead you text with on your phone into a real life sexual partner. Like business, chess, or poker, it’s a game of skill with a touch of randomness to make it interesting.

Now that we defined working a lead, how can you increase your “conversion rate”?

Well there are two strategies that loosely complement each other:

The first strategy is betting on your image:

If it’s a lead acquired from a real life situation, your chances of meeting again are higher if you make a strong impression.

If it’s from online, your profile and pictures play a role in whether she decides to meet you on a date.

The second strategy is running volume:

Simply put, the more leads you have, the higher your chances of closing are.

This is (and always has been) a numbers game.

Some guys focus on the first strategy, but rarely on the second. And if they ever do, it is poorly executed.

That’s how I crushed my competition. I got a ton of numbers, and kept optimizing my “working process” to get the best conversion rate from number to sex.

This is a process that I optimized over the past 10 years through tons of trial and error all while dealing with lots of frustrating flakes and mistakes.

You could keep trying to optimize your system, if you can discern and analyze the behavioral patterns. And maybe, in a decade or so, you might get a decent system.
