Tiffani and Erin are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs), fitness and wellness experts, as well as published authors dedicated to educating and inspiring clients and readers to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. They are the founders of U Rock Girl, a health and wellness website for women, providing recipes, wellness information, fitness videos, products, and courses to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
They have written numerous articles and meal plans for Clean Eating Magazine, Oxygen magazine, and ACEfitness.com, and are the authors of two cookbooks, No Excuses! 50 Healthy Ways to ROCK Breakfast! and No Excuses! 50 Ways to ROCK Lunch and Dinner! They are also the creators of three nutrition courses for Clean Eating: A Whole Life Guide to Lasting Weight Loss, the 28-Day Real-Food Reboot, and the 28-Day Real Food Reboot 2.0.
