If this is your first exposure to ZPoint, be sure and read the short Introduction to ZPoint eBook or listen to the Intro to ZPoint recording included as part of this package. To get the results you are looking for, it is essential that you install the Subconscious Cleaning Program, assign a cue word and have a basic understanding of ZPoint before you begin.

The Program itself is simple.

2. Fill out the Eliminating XXXX Worksheet by listing those situations and circumstances that cause you to feel ashamed/angry/Fearful or with Guit Spending a wee bit of time on this can have a huge impact on your results with this program.
3. Starting with the first item on that list, listen to the recording until thinking about that item doesn’t bother you in the slightest.
4. Keep going through your list, one item at a time, until you remain peaceful when thinking about each and every item. 5. When you feel at peace with each item, listen at least once more, just to be certain.
